About Tblisi

Tblisi hates to be shorn so she decided to wait until shearing was all finishedto be born. In fact, just to be absolutely certain she would not be shorn, she waited until the shearer was several hours gone, then she was born. (Actually, none of the alpacas like to be shorn, but they sure feel great after it is finished).

Tblisi is a lovely alpaca who comes from royal bloodlines.  Her sire sold for $500,000 (so I guess that makes her royalty). She also has an awesome mother - and it shows. Tblisi won a Reserve Championship and two Blue Ribbons. She has a very dense, scrumptiously soft fleece that makes yarn with a nice look and feel.

Tblisi is the quiet and somewhat shy type. She lives a peaceful life, minding her own business and getting along with everyone else.

Tblisi delivered her first cria effortlessly. It's a boy, and we named him Durango. At just over 2 months, Durango's fleece is amazing. He is a medium fawn color with a white face. His fleece is fantastic - - stay tuned for photos
